Welcome to part 2 of my PGYtech warranty claim update! It was a success and super easy! PGYtech ended up sending me a new backpack and because I asked/beg so nicely they hooked me up with a Onepro Focux 25L instead! Now I have the best of both worlds. I will just use tenacious tape for the 40L for now, nothing duct tape can’t fix right? #pgytech #oneproflex #oneprofocux

After one trip my PGYtech OnePro flex 40 liter backpack broke. The back panel that has a thin nylon material ripped a big hole. This could be a big flaw that other YouTubers are not mentioning and we are going to put their lifetime warranty to the test.
